Kheth'Impilo is a South African not-for-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening health and community systems and delivering care, treatment and support to some of the country's most vulnerable communities, particularly in the fight against HIV and TB.
About us
For more than a decade, Kheth'Impilo has worked alongside government, donors and local communities to turn evidence-based care into lasting impact. We deliver community-led HIV and TB prevention, treatment and support programmes, build the capacity of healthcare workers through accredited training and mentorship, and strengthen the public health facilities that vulnerable communities rely on across South Africa.
Our vision is a resilient and equitable world where all people thrive in health and wellbeing, supported by sustainable systems that respond to both human and environmental needs.
